Generate and ensure reporting and proper follow-up of corrective and/or preventive actions from CAPAs, internal or external audit actions, NCMRs and customer complaints.• Receive and coordinate customer complaint investigations.• Coordinate root cause investigations.• Performing and following up internal audits.• Responsible for the Incoming Inspection process.• Coordinate and control the area of non-conforming material (MRB).• Supervise Quality Inspectors and provide support in any required activities in the manufacturing or receiving areas.• Follow up on first runs.
