Revenues total in excess of $90M annually. • Manage 18 expense budgets including salaries and headcount, service contracts and social media/advertising.• Reporting to the CFO, prepare presentations and present analysis to executive leadership team. Complete analyses for board of directors.• Lead team of Financial Analysts and Associates to complete annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, procurement and ad hoc financial support.• Conduct monthly forecasting and variance analysis. Inform department directors on revenue results, salary and expense budgets, and report on key financial metrics.• Led several strategic projects, including identifying process improvements to financial forecasting, creating KPIs for revenue operations, and developing a framework for evaluating impact of audience growth on revenue.• Collaborate on new accounting and forecasting system integration and CRM implementation. Work with consulting teams on process development, change management and reporting requirements. Ensure that systems meet the business needs of key stakeholders.
