Working on software in its most intricate levels makes me feel alive. If I can scale a digital presence while I’m at it? Even better. I am a tinkerer…an engineer at heart. At my core I believe tech can be a force for good. It’s why I’ve striven for a half-dozen years to make an impact wherever I am.This has served me well during my time as an enterprise SEO with results like: A dozen custom solutions for reporting and client management utilizing python, js and reporting software an estimated 1.2 million $ annually for single landing page for one client#⃣ 500 monthly lead submission via organic for client in home sectorBut the results aren’t really what I’m after, it’s what I’ve learned along the way. My growing frontend skills include JavaScript (JS), React, HTML. CSS, Tailwind. These extend to my backend skills - things like REST APIs, Flask, Python, SQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL and more. My skills as a marketer spread just as wide and deep including: KW research, A/B testing, client strategy and more.Skilled in backend and frontend development, I’ve created dozens of websites. Because of my experience in business intelligence, growth marketing, and client relations I have the keen knowledge to create tools which are lightweight and will actually get used by folks who do the work.I got my start years ago working in Wordpress and other publicly available CMS. The more I worked and optimized, the more I realized I was interested in what was actually going on behind the scenes. I wanted to know what was happening when I fetched a page or when I created a blog post in Wordpress.This long journey has led me here, with an official education to back it up. Not only do I have the applied knowledge, I have theory and experience as well. Flatiron has given me a baseline to build, nothing can stop me now.
