Career achievements/highlights- Successfully delivered 5 new features across a plant export certification service, meeting ministerial-level UK government deadlines/commitments and supporting the service’s continuous improvement/expansion. The online service enables plant exports from the UK worth £1bn+ annually- Delivered a new public-facing identity management service (on budget and on time) that is critical national digital infrastructure and key to the UK government’s long-term immigration strategy. The service has online users each year- Ran a discovery and delivery for product enhancements to a public call centre/telephony service, which has enabled improved customer feedback. This is due to a reduction in helpline call transfers, and 10%~ less time spent by customers in the IVR journey and helpline queues- Supported the planning and launch of a national technology modernisation programme, by managing a team to produce a range of support materials and governance and KPI frameworks/processes. The programme will deliver faster broadband to hundreds of sites across the UK- Conducted a discovery project to review the as-is for adult clinical screening services, and to suggest technical and process improvements. The outputs supported the client’s business case which was used to implement the improvements, which will drive a digital (and AI-driven) ‘to-be’ state- Led a team of testers (on and off shore) in the quality assurance of a new wealth management product. Achieved a 100% completion rate for test scenarios, the first out of 14 test teams to do so. This supported successful release of the product to online service users.
