Extensive industry experience in field operations with functional experience in interpretation/application of OSHA general industry and construction regulations, all levels of risk assessment,(process safety management, process hazard assessment, management of change, risk hazard assessment, job safety analysis, etc.) Experienced investigator in numerous root cause analysis (RCA) techniques and capable to conduct factual and evidence based post incident investigations, interviews and evidentiary collection with final report, findings, and corrective actions. My expertise also includes a foundation in commercial vehicle transportation, hazardous materials transportation and radioactive materials transportation safety including emergency response, and certification as an instructor in both.
