6-month increments)2nd Rotation: Fire Suppression - Marinette Plant- This position offers valuable exposure to operations by allowing me to engage directly with our manufacturing processes. I support ME close procedures, assist in financial forecasting for our plants, and provide deeper analysis of SG & A to enhance planning. A key part of my role also involves helping cross-functional teams better understand core financial concepts, strengthening collaboration across the business.1st Rotation: Americas HQ - FP & A- Report directly to the FP & A Manager while collaborating closely with the entire HQ finance team, including Finance Directors, FP & A managers, and Financial Analysts. Throughout my rotation, I actively contribute to special projects, engage in the planning process, and provide essential support in preparing presentations, analyzing financials, and generating reports. Developed a well-rounded skillset in Onestream, Excel, communication, prioritization, and investigation.
