Jacob Kaplan moved to Central Florida in 2002 from Lake Worth, FL. Jacob has spent more than a decade sharing his experience with students at Full Sail University as a course director in both the Digital Arts and Design and Media Communications programs. As Creative Project Strategist for Platinum Creative at Full Sail University, Jacob helps lead and support many brand initiatives for Full Sail, including the Monarch Initiative, esports at Full Sail, and our collegiate esports teams, Full Sail Armada. A lover of all things Orlando, Jacob has overseen branding for many local institutions including Redlight Redlight, Pizza Bruno, and Tuffy’s Bottle Shop and Lounge. He graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Liberal Studies degree in Arts, Humanities, and Digital Media. A sucker for a good bourbon, Jacob enjoys listening to records. When he’s not working, he can usually be found spending time with his family or fishing.
