For 13+ years, my marketing knowledge and passion has provided an enjoyable career. Beginning my marketing journey with CRM & Marketing Automation allowed for the blended development of both technical and strategic expertise. Touching upon areas ranging from customer journeys and loyalty & retention to data/analytics and reporting, I have been able to develop core understandings that established my marketing foundation. The always evolving marketing ecosystem has challenged me to expand my understandings in UX/UI, data science, and CRO that has contributed to rounding out my expertise and enabling my capabilities to deliver diverse marketing strategies. In addition, growing my knowledge to navigate the new marketing world with data deprecation has opened up creative ways to address strategical/technical marketing challenges. My less professional side has me indulging my sweet tooth with cupcakes (most pastries) and drams of scotch. Other hobbies include art appreciation and rock climbing.
