ABOUT JACK PLUMB
Nature, climate and the environment communications strategist and capacity development expert, specialising in supporting global conservation projects and partnerships.I\'m currently overseeing the development and day-to-day communications support of the entire Fauna & Flora global conservation portfolio, constituting almost 50 country programmes and many partnership projects.Prior to this role I worked as a communications and capacity development consultant, helping large scale funded conservation programmes create and deliver strategies that have impact. Past contracts included an EU LIFE funded 14 country partnership along the Africa-Middle-East-Balkans flyway, and a UN global flagship conservation programme in central Asia recently awarded the prestigious Earthshot prize.Communications strategy and planning, content and delivery has been a focus for all my past roles within the conservation and environment sector. In the last few years I have been deploying my experience to build capacity with conservation organisations across the globe.I\'ve worked with several award winning agencies on campaigns and content, and led communication products to an award winning standard. I\'ve also had the opportunity to be a part of several key projects for the RSPB and WWF focused on brand and organisational strategy, as well as develop a campaigning framework for a species reintroduction project. I am passionate about, and active within, the climate and nature crisis, and have over 10 years\' experience within the sector.
