ABOUT JACK LARBALESTIER

Starting out my career at Phaidon International as an Associate Consultant, billing consistently, I reached the level of Principal Consultant in just under 2 years, generating over worth of revenue.Along with the skills I learned and my knowledge of the industry and recruitment lifecycle, this laid a foundation to venture down the training path to help others achieve a similar success. I\'m enormously passionate about empowering others and giving new and existing consultants in the business a platform to succeed and excel in their roles. My current role involves new starter training, stakeholder management, content development and more recently implementing a bespoke coaching program I created to upskill existing consultants within the business, building on the skills they\'ve already learned. LHi Group offers a recruitment service with a difference. A group that began with one single UK brand in 2002, has now grown to a collective ofniche specialists through the uniting of our established Brands; Lawrence Harvey (Technology), SciPro (Life Sciences), Harper Harrison (the Built Environment) and Piper Maddox (Energy). We also have a specialist technology project delivery brand; XPS in multiple international officesthrough the focus on service delivery and shared global strategy.
