As the Head of eCommerce at Vanilla Underground, I lead a team of 7 ecommerce experts to launch, optimize, and troubleshoot global marketplaces across 10+ languages using a combination of listing techniques such as Channel Advisor, Pimberly and manually created inventory files. I analyze consumer trends and sales data to optimize our product offerings and marketing strategies but also study historical product and business data to troubleshoot errors that the business may previously have been unaware of. I excel at solving complex ecommerce problems and improving overall marketplace performance, as well as launching products onto new global marketplaces. I collaborate closely with production, buying, supply chain, finance and operations departments to ensure our eCommerce operations are aligned with the overall business goals. Results-driven and taking the work I undertake personally, I also celebrate every success, big or small. I believe in working hard and having fun, and our team culture reflects that ethos.
