ABOUT JACK MCDONALD

My name is Jack McDonald, and I am a second-year public accounting student at Fordham University\'s Gabelli School of Business at Rose Hill, with a dual concentration in credit and alternative investments. I have worked as an accounting intern at LC Lemle Real Estate Group, a real estate family office on Manhattan\'s Upper East Side. At LC Lemle, I worked alongside the controller to maintain financial records, reports, and analysis for management. I am also an incoming 2027 intern in the Private Accounting Solutions group at Andersen New York, where I will assist with financial planning & analysis, cash & asset management, and financial statement administration for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and alternative investment funds. Beyond my professional experience, I was also fortunate to be part of a world-class cardiac rehabilitation team at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital (formerly Lawrence Hospital), working with a team of physicians, nurses, physician assistants, physical therapists, and pharmacists to ensure patients had a smooth and easy recovery after major surgery and intensive care. Similarly, I fostered several relationships with patients through assisting them with daily tasks, as well as with the nursing staff in providing them assistance.I have a particular interest in tax, specifically private equity, investment management, and real estate tax.
