ABOUT JACK TAYLOR BCAS

Supporting and empowering our 900+ stores to be the heart of their local communities.I have a passion for community and empowering people to make change in their roles.In my current role I work closely with our stores to build relationships with local community groups, manage 3 national charity partnerships, our community funding scheme and developing new projects within the business with a focus to support our communities even more.I pride myself on being a very enthusiastic and diligent leader using my infectious personality to inspire others to get involved and make a difference. I have proven track record of strong partnership management. Using my driven and passionate personality to deliver record breaking figures for engagement fundraising and awareness through unique and effective partnerships benefiting all stakeholders. Bringing together over 11 years of retail experience and over 15 year with charities and community groups I have a I regularly drawn on this knowledge which has helped me to develop everything I do strongly and effectively. I have had a range of roles salaried and voluntary throughout my career which has given me a unique set of skills, motivations and perspectives. This enable me to adapt, support and delivery constantly strong result within every role and project and take on. Most days you will find me singing or dancing around the office somewhere for whatever reason (I rarely need one). My love for performing and entertaining is a big part of me and i often bring this into my everyday.
