From issuing notices to managing recovery actions, Zatpark streamlines every stage of the enforcement lifecycle with world-class efficiency.In my role as Marketing Executive, I work closely with the Marketing Director and the Commercial Team to plan, produce, and execute impactful marketing campaigns that promote our solutions to both the private and public sector audiences. I focus on equipping the Sales Team with high-quality marketing collateral and creating engaging content for email marketing, social media, and SEO-optimised website articles as a part of our holistic marketing approach, with our campaigns.I play a key role in managing and maintaining our CRM system, leading efforts in marketing automation to enhance customer lifecycle workflows, from onboarding and nurturing through to advocacy and referral. By overseeing CRM data and automating processes in HubSpot, I drive operational efficiencies that align sales and marketing efforts. I am actively involved in ROI analysis and KPI reporting, ensuring our marketing strategies are data-driven and responsive to shifting market dynamics. By producing monthly marketing reports and analysing campaign performance, I can assist in providing insights that inform strategic adjustments, helping to maximise ROI and keep our marketing efforts aligned with key business objectives.
