Partners with the PSL to deliver Technical Learning & Development programs for Halliburton Project Management • Ensure courses meet specific PSL objectives, are cost effective, timely and focused on improving business performance, from the entry level employee through mid-career professionals, and Country level management • Ensure training opportunities reflect employees development needs to deliver services to our customers, following HMS processes • Align Training Program and Competency Program for efficient and effective employee development • Monitor, analyze and report PSL training compliance and progress • Participate in the Global Learning Council • Support External Audits/Tenders/Issues related to training and competencies
