Responsible for building out a suite of lending solutions and capabilities in consumer lending from loan origination, digital engagement, AI/ML, data products and other capabilities based on market demand / fit • Secure funding for the product strategy through business cases, internal alignment and a build, partner or buy assessment • Work with clients and market leaders; assess competitive dynamics; to ensure product strategy is aligned with customer and business needs, as well as market trends and regulatory changes • Collaborate with Sales, UX Design, Architecture, Engineering and Operations to ensure new products are delivered in a way that meets both internal and external stakeholder needs • Develop go to market strategies to ensure commercial readiness and successful introduction of new products to market including marketing, training, client support • Develop product roadmaps, prioritize epics and ensure the company is aligned on delivering the highest value projects • Building out partnerships that complement the FIS portfolio of solutions, this includes due diligence, contract negotiations, signing and go to market strategy • Consulting on M&A activities and making recommendations on best fit with the FIS lending portfolio of solutions • Presenting to clients and at conferences on both the FIS Lending product set as well as thought leadership around trends in the market • Act as mentor and committee member of the FIS venture center selection to evaluate and invest in new startups and accelerate their time to market
