ABOUT J. GRISELDA GARZA WSET

I have over 20 years work experience in sales, marketing, customer service and event planning, including 14 years in the beverage industry. I’m a dedicated, highly motivate employee that strives to do the best for the company and customers. I am also bilingual, both English and SpanishI understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships. I believe the better and more effective you communicate with those around you, the richer your relationships will be. I build strong relationships dependent on trust and mutual respect, open and honest communication. My consistent follow up to build a strong sense of reliability and someone that customers can count on always puts me top of mind with my customers. I have a strong ability to solve problems.After I identify an issue, I go thru a rigorous process of gaining insight from industry professionals, running reports to analyze trends while also gaining feedback from the market place or channels being effected by the problem. This has been my success to gain knowledge of the root cause(s) of the issue and get to one or multiple solutions to implement and overcome the problem.I have a proven track record of managing multiple projects with positive results.I like to invest time in organizing and planning my schedule so I can be more efficient in managing multiple projects and timelines. By planning properly and creating priorities, I have found that the further out you plan the more effective you became and the more tasks you can manage and execute against.
