Since 1992 I have been in the automotive industry specializing in Mercedes, Volvo, Land Rover, and Jaguar Parts and Service departments. Over the last 20+ years I have guided those operations in providing World Class Client Service while maintaining profitable departments. I also have experience with Porsche, Audi, Infiniti, Toyota, Scion, Maserati, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, Mitsubishi, and Acura. During my time in the automotive industry, I have been fortunate enough to have been associated with many wonderful people who take client care to another level! Every time that I have been promoted or moved to a better opportunity, it was because of the people I worked for. They put in the hard work and produced the numbers that made my leadership shine. Along with my service experience I have vast knowledge in parts and detail operations along with buy/sells, new franchise start ups and building construction and renovation. I am now on to my new adventure with Amports Jacksonville as their parts manager.
