As a HR Advisor with a focus on employee relations, I specialise in managing and supporting a wide range of essential HR activities such as handling casework, where I guide the process from initial investigation stage to disciplinary outcomes. Ensuring that each case is handled fairly, professionally and in compliance with company policies and employment law. My expertise also heavily involves absence management where I work to monitor, manage and support employee attendance through both the long term sickness and short term sickness procedures. I help to reduce absenteeism while maintaining employee wellbeing. With a strong background in human resources and a dedication to delivering exceptional support to both employees and management, I thrive in fast-paced settings where I can make a meaningful impact. Being CIPD Level 3 qualified has allowed me to gain a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Human Resources. I am keen to progress and begin studying for my CIPD Level 5 to aid my personal progression.
