Assigned to the St. Clair-Old Weston GO/SmartTrack station project- Assisted in developing 12 CQMP (Construction Quality Management Plan) procedural flowcharts (e.g. Material Management, NCR & Deficiency Management) for the upcoming Work Phase stage of the St. Clair-Old Weston (SCOW) GO station project- Generates Quality Control checklist templates using InEight software based on project needs, enabling a digitalized method of conducting site quality inspections, including material receiving inspections- Rectified 20+ client comments on the Quality Manual, CQMP, and Quality Audit Plan for the Davenport Diamond Public Realm (DDPR) project and resubmitted them in the absence of the Sr. Quality Manager- Prepares Monthly Quality Management System (QMS) reports for up to 3 Metrolinx projects (including SCOW and DDPR) to establish the report template and fulfill contractual requirements post-execution- Acted as the lone Quality representative for 3 Metrolinx projects after the Sr. Quality Manager’s departure for 5 months, enabling exposure to higher-level tasks, including preparing audit look-ahead schedules

ABOUT IVERSON DAVID
I am a highly ambitious Civil Engineering Technologist by profession and also a transit enthusiast! I have a strong desire to be part of new transit construction projects, such as the Ontario Line, Scarborough Subway Extension, and the GO Rail Expansion. I am currently and have been a Quality Coordinator at Graham since January 2025, and am currently assigned to the St. Clair-Old Weston GO/SmartTrack station, and also support the Davenport Diamond Public Realm Works project. I also worked for the Quality team in the Eglinton Crosstown LRT project from 20••••24, where I closed out ITPs, reviewed ITP documentation, and participated in quality inspections for NCR and deficiency verification with the designer and/or client. I graduated from the Civil Engineering Technology program at George Brown College with honours in June 2022, and possess knowledge of several computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Bluebeam Revu, and AutoCAD.
