Designed the design system architecture for full design alignment and branding scalability - Designed the versioning flow that enabled releases and pre-releases that match cross-teams needs - Introduced StitchesJS as the core design system library and managed the full transition to it, becoming the main library for building UI and accessing design tokens in 8 products (Miro Board, Miro Settings, Miroverse, Miro Web, Miro UI Microservices, Miro Marketplace, Mirotone, Miro Zoom App)- Implemented the design system visual regression infra - Implemented CSS handlers that enabled the design system to block custom styles on top of the components, guaranteeing full design consistency - Managed Miro’s icons library generation, from Figma alignment to code automation - Opened up discussions about open-source projects
