Full review and revision of IT OPs Security Manual. Made recommendations for locking down systems and processes those are compliant with latest SOX requirements.• Worked on KPMG audit items such as making sure security reports and files were updated.• Quarterly security reports ran and filed proof to SOX share folders, which were reviewed by HR. • Ran security reports that showed where the vulnerabilities were. Suggested further Business Continuity processes such as business impact analysis and gap analysis. • Implemented BRMS. The iSeries save process went from a manual save process to an automated save process. • Maintained the BRMS process and trained personnel on it. • Optimized replication processes, upgraded the MIMIX product to latest version.• Performed full SWITCH (moving production data to test box using VISION\'s MIMIX product) test. • Downloaded, staged and installed licensed products and operating system patches. • Created documentation that was uploaded to the share then to BOX cloud storage. • Worked with IBM and Vision solutions to get custom fixes for certain problems. • Worked on ROBOT scheduler to modify processes or halt them temporarily (when changes over weekend might interfere with Robot Scheduler or for the SWITCH testing) • Configure and optimize the following applications - Mimix, Robot, Bytware, Performance Navigator, Go Anywhere, Client Access, Aldon, Apache and any new system modules• Manage disaster recovery, high availability, replication and failover exercises using Mimix software• Update and manage failover runbook, disaster recovery plan and iSeries sections of IT Operations manual• Provide reporting / KPIs to management and perform system related communications• Update logs and audit systems per corporate / SOX policies and provide required SOX documentation
