Serves as Chief, Corpus Christi Army Depot Future Operations Office, accountable to the Chief of Staff and the Command Group (Commander, Deputy to the Commander and Chief of Operations) as an expert advisor on production performance issues and future workload and programs to include Direct Sales Partnering Agreements. Directs centralized program and management analysis and planning functions for the depot production mission consisting of, but not limited to, procedures development, system analysis, workload analysis, organizational analysis, capability/capacity studies, system administration, briefings, fact sheets, metric development, efficiency initiatives, second-sourcing decisions, commercial service agreements, and miscellaneous studies and reports.Responsible for advising on, coordinating, leading, monitoring, and tracking command level planning activities, information processing and reporting actions related to future and on-going planning activities and workload. Assist with preparation of Commander’s plans briefs and preparation of operations orders and plans. Participates in the development of a comprehensive and integrated strategy for future workload planning operations. Plans, coordinates and executes all aspects of the assigned areas of responsibility through the technical, analytical and doctrinal expertise of future operations. Assignments consist of projects and studies that require analysis of interrelated issues of capability and capacity of substantive organic and commercial workload. Coordinates with internal command directorates and staff elements as well as Higher Headquarters Command and Staff elements. Prepares and presents briefings to senior command staff.Supports and uses planning and analysis methods such as the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP), Design Methodology or planning and analysis methods such as Sales and Operation Planning or techniques to enable staff synchronized workload planning.
