I\'m an experienced and results-oriented leader with nearly two decades of experience driving positive change in the charity sector. My passion lies in community development and social inclusion, and I\'ve built a strong track record of developing and leading successful projects and services from initial concept to impactful delivery. This includes building and managing high-performing teams, fostering strategic growth, establishing new services and partnerships and securing significant funding to achieve meaningful outcomes. I thrive on building strong partnerships across the voluntary, public, academic, and private sectors, and I\'m adept at navigating complex challenges to achieve shared goals.Currently, I\'m leading the Community Partnerships team at Good Things Foundation, focused on driving partnerships to expand and strengthen the National Digital Inclusion Network, creating new ways to reach people experiencing digital exclusion.This work allows me to combine my strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, ensuring that our efforts are grounded in the real-world experiences of the communities we serve. My academic background includes an MSc in Urban Regeneration from Sheffield Hallam University and a BA Hons in Russian & French from the University of Cambridge, providing me with a strong foundation in understanding the complexities of community development.
