As the Marketing Manager at Control Flow Technologies Group, I lead marketing strategy with a strong focus on business growth through website development, digital optimisation, and data-led decision making. I oversee both B2B and B2C campaigns that encourage organisations and individuals to make more sustainable, environmentally conscious choices. Our innovative Control Flow devices help reduce water consumption and improve long-term efficiency, supporting water companies and customers across the UK.My role focuses highly on creating and managing our communications to customers, from emails, letters and SMS campaigns to content creation for both internal initiatives and client projects. I use reporting and analytics to continually refine performance, ensuring our messaging reaches the right audiences and delivers real impact. With over three years of experience in marketing, I genuinely love what I do.
