As a Product Manager in the Engagement to Sales team at Trusted Shops, I work at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and CRM systems — focusing on how (potential) customers move from first interaction to meaningful engagement.My focus in this team is to orchestrate a seamless and transparent journey across the funnel: from lead lifecycle design and technical integrations, to improving conversion logic and enabling AI- and data-driven qualification. In practice, this means aligning business needs with system capabilities, creating clarity around trade-offs, and ensuring that our CRM and processes support scalable growth.My background in HubSpot administration and system design helps me bridge strategy and execution; understanding both how things are built and why they should be built. I’m particularly interested in lifecycle architecture, data quality, and building systems that empower teams rather than slow them down.Outside of my core role, I also enjoy mentoring aspiring students navigating admissions to German business schools, sharing my own journey into the German corporate landscape.Always open to conversations around CRM strategy, lifecycle design, marketing-to-sales alignment, or product thinking in operational environments.
