Hi, I’m Ishika — a people-first HR professional passionate about creating workplaces where individuals and organisations thrive.As an Assoc. CIPD member with an MSc in Human Resource Management from UCD Smurfit, I bring 3+ years of international experience in HR consulting, people analytics, learning design, training & facilitation, employee engagement, and capability development. My career has spanned global teams, social impact consulting, retail, and corporate HR, giving me a well-rounded perspective on how to design and deliver impactful people strategies.I have led and contributed to projects in onboarding transformation, digital learning platforms, SOP design, performance management, and stakeholder engagement — all with a focus on data-driven HR, cultural alignment, and enhancing the employee experience.What excites me most is connecting HR strategy with organisational culture, making learning engaging, and using HR technology and analytics to support business growth.
