Benchmark: Conducted comprehensive analysis of global market benefits to ensure alignment with strategic objectives, optimizing offerings tailored to each country. Currently leading benefits harmonization efforts, including fact-finding, gap analysis, and the design of new benefit plans.Project Manager: Negotiated and secured agreements with new benefits providers, collaborating with vendors and brokers. Engaged with stakeholders for approval and developed standardized processes. Oversaw implementation, coordinated communications, and ensured seamless handover to relevant teams.System: Implementing changes to benefit systems and the flex platform, including process design, documentation, and testing.Client Support: Collaborate with clients and the sales team to present and address inquiries about country-specific benefits packages. I assist in resolving escalated and complex issues for clients, sales, and employees.Achievements: Played a key role in executing complex global initiatives, including the successful implementation and renewal of a global health insurance policy covering 65 countries. Introduced pension schemes in Denmark and the Netherlands, as well as local health insurance and flexible benefits solutions for LATAM and APAC regions. Enhanced data sharing between brokers and operations teams, leading to an improved employee experience across these regions.
