I\'m an Operations & Chief of Staff leader with over a decade of experience scaling purpose-driven startups from Seed to Series B, with a deep passion for healthtech.I spent the last four years as VP Operations & People at WONE, a Series A AI healthtech startup, and before that was Director of Operations at Tech City Ventures and Chief of Staff at Culture Trip, scaling from 10 to 300 employees. I\'ve supported $100M+ in fundraises, built operating models from scratch, and launched new functions from 0 to 1.I\'m a generalist operator who moves between strategic thinking and hands-on execution. I help founders clarify strategy and build the operating rhythm to deliver it – from planning and OKRs to cross-functional alignment. I take critical initiatives from 0 to 1, whether launching new functions, driving AI adoption, or leading programmes. I own finance, systems and operations. And I build people processes and culture that scale – embedding values into daily operations so they\'re lived, not just documented.What drives me is a belief that technology can solve our toughest social challenges.
