ABOUT DANIEL SONGER

I am a self motivated person that is eager to learn and utilize my education and experience in order to achieve objectives and exceed expectations in operational management. In my roles of an operations supervisor and manager, I\'ve been part of several different teams to learn different ways to be successful in building a team that produces consistent goal-reaching results.In my different roles throughout my career, I\'ve learned many things. Most importantly, I\'ve learned that a team is only as strong as their weakest link and a team full of individualist is going to struggle and it is a major function of a supervisor or manager to get all members of a team to work together to achieve the one end goal of safe and efficient customer service. I find operations extremely interesting and multi-faceted that require a team of people with a common vision and goal in order to achieve success. I thrive in a dynamic environment, as learning and improvement is endless. I am continually looking for ways to improve an operation and create successful outcomes on a daily basis.
