As a certified personal trainer, I am passionate about helping clients achieve better movement quality and become excited about their lives both in and outside the gym. I have a Bachelor\'s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Virginia, where I also minored in African-American/Black Studies. I am currently a certified Pain-Free Performance Specialist (PPSC) and ISSA-CPT.I have gained over a decade of valuable experience in the fitness industry through internships and roles at Life Time Inc. and Equinox, where I have developed strong skills in training, coaching, and sports coaching. I am committed to providing personalized and effective training programs that cater to each client\'s unique needs and preferences. I am always eager to learn new techniques and stay updated on the latest trends and research in the field of exercise science.
