I have the privilege of leading an outstanding international HR team of 8 experts, supporting 10 countries across middle and eastern Europe. Together, we manage the full employee lifecycle for our brilliant NVIDIA employees, spanning 17 different business units, multiple entities, and all career levels — from early talent to senior leadership.We are dedicated to creating a seamless and empowering employee experience while supporting NVIDIA’s continued growth and innovation. Our work is about M&A support and post-acquisition integration, Onboarding and integration, Talent development and succession planning, Performance review processes, Benefits and wellbeing strategies, Global mobility, Collaboration with Authorities, Unions and Works Councils.In addition to my HR role, I am proud to serve as the Site Leader of the NVIDIA GmbH office in Würselen, where I foster connection, culture, and collaboration for our local teams.
