As Learning Technologies and Innovation Officer at the WHO Academy, I lead the integration of digital learning technologies to enhance the design, delivery, and effectiveness of global health education. My work focuses on ensuring that technology meaningfully supports learning by aligning instructional design with platform capabilities and user needs.I manage the implementation of digital learning solutions within the Academy’s ecosystem, ensuring that learning technologies are leveraged to deliver engaging, scalable, and pedagogically sound programmes. I conduct learning needs analyses and collaborate with subject matter experts, learning designers, and platform teams to co-create experiences that meet global performance and capacity-building goals.I guide the design and evolution of the WHO Academy’s Learning Experience Platform (LXP), ensuring its architecture, features, and standards support effective, data-informed, and inclusive learning. I support the use of innovative tools to create immersive learning environments and contribute to evaluation efforts to drive quality improvement.I work across teams to promote best practices in learning design, facilitate knowledge sharing, and ensure that learning solutions reflect WHO’s pedagogical standards and global reach.
