Centralize, streamline and automate indirect tax across the company. Mentor and develop team members and provide feedback.• Oversee reserves and enhance indirect tax policies, controls and procedures• Lead and mentor a high-performance team in US and India, execute review and approvals• Implement a new tax engine, calendar and compliance tools• Monitor indirect tax laws and regulations, review nexus and evaluate impacts• Advise BUs with taxability determinations to improve efficiency and drive accurate taxability and reporting• Manage information requested by internal and external teams
