Ambitious, good sense for detail, positive, diligent and a fast learner. Ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, diverse environments.I currently work for We Effect as Global Manager Communication & Fundraising - Working for everyone’s right to food, through gender equality and climate justice.Previously I worked at Plan International as Corporate Partnerships Manager. There I focused on recruiting new corporates and co-creating extensive partnership solutions together with them, as well as already established partners. Other than that I also worked with business development related to institutional funding, philanthropy and other types of partnerships. Before I transitioned to international aid, I made a career in the business sector working with marketing, partnerships and project management in the fashion and music industry, nationally and internationally, most recently as Marketing Manager at Spotify. There I was responsible for marketing in the Nordics, and my tasks included everything from innovative campaign work to staff management. Prior to that, I was Partnership Marketing Manager at Live Nation/Luger, which led to collaborations with several of Scandinavia\'s largest companies, NGOs and influencers. During my time there I also developed the festivals Way Out West and Åre Sessions together with a fantastic team and committed sponsors. Prior to that, I worked for many years with marketing, partnerships, CSR and expansion globally at Weekday, a part of the H&M Group. In parallel to my work in the business world, I have been involved in several non-profit initiatives focused on equal rights for all.
