Responsible for Service Sales activities. Forecast reporting and target achievement on all Juniper Service portfolio (MS, AS/RE, PS, ES) on different regions, mainly South Europe, for Enterprise, Service Provider and Key Accounts. Close team work: internal with Finance, Delivery, Quoting teams, Account Managers… and external with Customers, Partners and Distributors. Making sure Customers, Partners and Distributors metrics and internal targets are achieved. Address and own relevant Service topics in bid and contract negotiations. Putting in place an internal Service newsletter and Service sessions to Customers and Channel for Service Best practices and Service Knowledge.
