Within NKT, my responsibilities include the effective customization and ongoing management of a third-party, cloud-based Construction Management Tool throughout the organization. This involves collaborating with business lines, managing vendor relationships, overseeing tool configurations, and supporting organizational change management activities.Main responsibilities- collaborate with business lines to customize the Construction Management Tool- implement digital solutions for tasks within the tool- communicate with the tool\'s vendor to report issues and track new functionalities- work with departments, across different regions, to ensure the tool meets project management needs- oversee and manage tool configurations for consistency and reliability- support OCM activities for smooth tool adoption- provide training and support to users- monitor performance and user feedback- propose enhancements for better tool effectiveness.
