ABOUT INDIA WOOLDRIDGE

Catalyst’s work is grounded in a simple truth: alignment builds generational wealth, misalignment erodes it.I work with families and family offices to assess whether the system that created the wealth is prepared to sustain it, and then help establish the alignment required for governance, succession and long-term stewardship.Most families benchmark capital rigorously. Very few benchmark the non-financial conditions required to sustain it. The Stewardship Benchmark is a 3–4 week diagnostic assessing continuity across five stewardship domains.I bring over 20 years’ experience as a global strategic leader, including my previous role as Senior Vice President of Consumer Intelligence at McCann, where I led global cultural intelligence and behavioural research into how individuals, families and communities shape identity, values and decision-making. That perspective now informs my work with families navigating transition, governance and continuity.I have lived and worked across four continents, advising leaders and organisations at moments where clarity, calm and conviction matter. My work has been featured in The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, Inc. and SXSW. I write regularly on wealth stewardship, family alignment and the family office brand, including contributing to The Rising Role of Women in Family Offices and Family Businesses, and I am currently co-leading Generation Impact, research focused on the rising generation at the centre of the greatest transfer of wealth in history.
