ABOUT INCKEN WENTORP

Executive expertise at the intersection of transformation, sustainability, and governance, built on more than a decade of international experience across consulting and industry. At Zech Group SE, I lead the Group-wide sustainability strategy and CSRD readiness, coordinating over 150 professionals across three business divisions and working directly with the Executive Board. My work focuses on translating regulatory complexity and strategic challenges into innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.With a background in consulting and international project experience, I have led corporate sustainability, innovation, and process optimization initiatives in both large organizations and dynamic markets such as Europe and the UAE.Beyond my corporate role, I chair the Steering Committee on Sustainability at the German Construction Industry Federation and previously served as a Board Member of the Peer School for Sustainable Development (2023–2025), co-leading one of Germany’s largest sustainability networks. I currently remain engaged as a Scholar. In addition, I regularly publish, lecture, and speak at conferences, connecting business, academia, and civil society to shape forward-looking solutionsMy vision is to help organizations integrate sustainability, governance, and culture into their core strategy — enabling resilient transformation, competitive strength, and responsible growth at the highest level of leadership.
