When it comes to sustainability, it\'s often about getting started — starting to think differently and adopting a new mindset. It\'s not about being perfect, but about daring to take new paths. One important first step is to begin collecting data on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) performance. This data supports us in making informed decisions and provides a solid foundation for meaningful progress. Secondly, it\'s about integrating sustainability into the core of the business strategy. Let’s be honest — without that integration, sustainability efforts are rarely effective in the long run. Many people are afraid of change, and that’s completely normal — it’s the same when it comes to sustainability. What matters is learning to deal with resistance, engaging in open dialogue, and working together to identify new paths toward a sustainable future – a future we can all contribute to.
