Provide overall strategic and operational leadership for Human Resources function for Digital and Technology business units, globally- Work closely with Chief Digital Officer and Chief Technology Officer to establish and scale new businesses in new product lines and lead the focus areas on talent- Lead a high-performing team of 10 to drive the entire employee lifecycle management for employees across India, Asia Pacific, Europe and Americas including workforce planning and management for USD 150+ Mn budget, designing people initiatives with emphasis on entire employee lifecycle management including talent identification, onboarding and induction, performance management, talent management, talent development, employee engagement, compensation and variable pay plans, succession planning, and career progression- Continue implementing a forward-looking learning, leadership & capability development strategy to enable continuous upskilling, re-skilling & cross skilling efforts to create a sustainable business impact - Continue leading the Future of Work and Workforce practice to redefine the definition of ‘employee’ and ‘work’ and implement effective strategies to drive a compelling employee experience.
