Experience working with top level /Mid level managements in different areas and departments to source and select candidates to fill in vacant positions-Meet various functional leaders and executive management to discuss the business requirements and ensure they are achieved-Job posting (IJP/EJP) and Advertising of open positions using various channels -Responsible for end to end life cycle of recruitment which includes sourcing, review applications, conduct level 1 discussion interviews to understand applicants work, interview scheduling, Offer Release and Applicant Onboarding-Utilize multi channel approach to identify and deliver world class talent, including direct sourcing using primarily LinkedIn and internal data base-Work along with various external agencies and vendors to identify the right talent and recruit candidates-Create partnerships with new agencies and temporary agencies-Strong Application Tracking System experience (SAP,ICIMS)-Ability to maintain good working relationships across various levels in the organization-Strong verbal and written communication, presentations skills, multi task, decision making skills and attention to details.
