Key Contributions & Impact:Enhanced Groups and Projects APIs, delivering new features and performance improvements across GitLab’s core platform.🧩 Led the Organization Isolation initiative, including: • Adding sharding keys across the database layer • Designing and executing backfill migrations for 100+ tables • Strengthening GitLab’s multi-tenant architecture and data isolation strategy🤝 Improved GitLab’s platform Groups and Projects APIs, including new features and enhancements. I am a Backend Engineer at GitLab based out of Berlin, Germany. I\'ve made significant contributions to the open-source community since 2019 through code contributions in organizations such as GitLab, Mozilla, Internet Archive, Chatwoot, and many others. I am also a maintainer at GitLab (open source project). Proud two-time Google Summer of Code recipient! In 2020, collaborated with Mozilla Firefox to design and implement their FIDO2 web authentication system. In 2021, worked with GitLab 🦊 to enhance their backup and restore processes.
