Responsible for UX Roadmaps/ product strategy, UX research (problem and solution validation), various fidelity designs and other assets such as user flows, mentoring and providing feedback on other designers work, identifying overlap in design efforts and collaborating with other designers, collaborating with Product Management and Engineering on technical feasibility and implementation, MR reviews, UX Showcase presentations, testing and and implementation of AI integration and opportunities. Awarded a discretionary bonus in 2021 and again in 2023 after nominations from my peers.
