ABOUT IMRAN AHMED

I began my career in IT around 6 years ago. I have a strong ambition to grow my passion in the field of IT and to work with customers and to resolve their technical issues and support them in getting the best out of their IT service solutions or queries they may have. I enjoy working with people in a small group or even a large group to work through problems, whether that is remotely by phone or e-mail, or face to face. I thrive under pressure and being able to work through different issues. I am happy to work on my own or as part of a team. I enjoy being around different technology and learning about new developments. I am always looking to learn new skills, whether that is through experience in the field or through formal courses and training. I have a background mainly working with and supporting bespoke in-house developed software solutions, but would also like to be involved with hardware solutions. I am keen to firmly grow into an experienced IT Support professional and to be the knowledgeable point of contact for an IT service solution provided by a company. I would like to progress further into consultancy and team manager roles. I am encouraged by opportunities to work with junior and new members of staff to help them learn company IT solutions and become a valuable asset to the company.
