ABOUT IMRAN ZAFAR

As a Senior Account Receivable at Finthrive, I manage the end-to-end P/L responsibility for RCM projects assigned with client delivery for production and quality. I have 7.5 years of experience in US healthcare services, working with various leading healthcare outsourcing companies. I hold a degree in healthcare management from ISBM University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to navigate the complex and dynamic healthcare industry. I have led a group of individuals to achieve team and organizational targets for multi-specialty billing and AR projects, and participated in process transitions and day-to-day interactions for client set-up in states. I have also presented reports to clients and senior management, and delivered training for new management trainees and knowledge transfer. I have gained expertise in RCM from admission to paid/write-off, claim submission, denial/AR follow-up, rejections, revenue management, high-dollar collection, eligibility and verification, coding, appeals, feedback, training, and reporting. I am motivated by the challenges and rewards of working in the healthcare industry, and I am looking forward to applying my skills and knowledge to more impactful and rewarding opportunities.
