ABOUT ILYA USHAKOV

I’m a Marketing Director with a passion for storytelling, strategy, and building thoughtful, creative campaigns that connect people to experiences they’ll love. At Incredible Dream Studios, I lead marketing across our product line, including go-to-market strategy, paid media, influencer partnerships, community engagement, and convention marketing at major industry events. My path here has been anything but traditional. With a degree in chemistry and mathematics and a foundation in the nonprofit sector, I’ve developed a deep skill set in project management, analytics, people leadership, and brand development. Whether I’m launching a product, building a team, or shaping a long-term strategy, I bring clarity, care, and creative problem solving to every project. Outside of my full-time work, I co-run Kovray, a board game YouTube channel focused on reviews, tutorials, and industry insights. Through it, I’ve built lasting relationships with publishers and creators, developed a keen eye for what resonates with audiences, and grown a deeper understanding of the tabletop space from the community side.
