I am an MBA (Integrated) sophomore at Doon Business School, currently focusing on Business Analytics and Human Resource Management as my major and minor. I am passionate about understanding business processes, people dynamics, and data-driven decision-making to support organizational growth.I have hands-on experience as a Business Analyst Intern at Nuvoco Vistas Corp. Ltd, where I worked on data analysis, reporting, and process understanding to support business insights. In my current role as Head of Marketing at Jain’s Home Store, I lead planning and coordination activities, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and analyze performance outcomes to improve operational effectiveness.Additionally, my experience as a Project Management Intern at Pehchaan – The Street School strengthened my skills in stakeholder coordination, project planning, documentation, and execution—key competencies relevant to both business analysis and HR roles.I am particularly interested in HR operations, talent management, people analytics, and business process improvement. I enjoy working with data, structuring information, and translating insights into actionable strategies while keeping people and organizational goals at the center.Known for being organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, I thrive in environments that require analytical thinking, collaboration, and adaptability.
