ABOUT IHOR DEREVIANKO

I’m an open-minded diverse person with a broad spectrum of interests and genuine affection for lifelong learning and improvement. Over the years, while being involved in various ventures, I’ve contemplated one philosophical question. What was the one thing that distinguished great companies, teams, and people from the average ones? As it turned out, it’s not one thing. It’s a huge list of things that play in unison. But one detail that stood out from the crowd and caught my eye back then … was a strong unshakable commitment to rapid growth and relentless desire to disrupt the present status quo in the universe. Eventually, while being firmly attached to this belief, I’ve put myself on the path of continuous evolution and never looked back ever since. To be honest, during the last 7 years I’ve failed a lot. In different aspects of my life. But as one of Ray Dalio’s principles says: ’Pain+Reflection=Growth’. Hence, I try to stand up every time I fall down and think through the causes. This helps. Growing companies is my passion. Smart marketing is a tool. A result-oriented mindset is a premise. And money is the natural outcome. I leverage a holistic direct response marketing approach, various channels, and common sense to squeeze the desired ROI from allocated budgets and set the project’s growth on the right exponent trajectory.
