After finishing my studies, I decided to pursue a career that would allow me to interact with people from different backgrounds every day. So I discovered Human Resources. What I find most rewarding and interesting about working in HR are the relationships I am able to build with a rich and diverse network of people including candidates, employees, line managers and external clients. I find it both exhilarating and challenging, and feel I can truly make a difference to people’s lives. I thrive on working with people and support them in several areas. I couldn’t ask for a better career! In my first job I learned about different areas of human resources and fell in love with these instantly. Over the years, I have trained in various aspects of Human Resources, obtaining both a Master\'s degree and a Federal Diploma in this field. For my Bachelor\'s thesis, I focused on the topic of coaching, examining its effectiveness in supporting employee development and performance improvement. For my Master\'s thesis, I shifted my focus to employer branding, analyzing how organizations can effectively attract and retain top talent by creating a compelling employer brand. I have had the opportunity to work as a Team Coordinator, Senior Recruiter, Senior HR Business Partner and Training & Development Specialist. Now with over a decade of experience under my belt in HR I continue to be excited about doing this work.
